By accessing, connecting to, or using the Platform in any way, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms (including the Privacy Policy).

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Services Provided

MCPS is a comprehensive real estate management software solution designed to help property owners, managers, landlords, and tenants manage properties, leases, maintenance, rent payments, financial tracking, and related tasks through an integrated platform. The services include, but are not limited to:

• Tenant management
• Lease management
• Maintenance request tracking
• Online rent collection
• Financial reporting and insights
• Notifications, reminders, and communication tools

Some features may be free, others may require payment, subscription, or fees (as described on the Platform).

3. User Accounts

To use certain aspects of the Platform, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure (including username/password).

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and to update that information as needed.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (software, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, etc.), and the intellectual property rights therein, is owned by MCPS or its licensors.

Use of the Platform does not grant you any rights beyond those expressly granted under these Terms.

Feedback you provide may be used by MCPS without further consent, compensation, or attribution.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to, and not permit others to:

• Use the Platform for anything illegal, unauthorized, or harmful.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of MCPS or any third party.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform, servers, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access content, unless explicitly permitted.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any harmful code.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Certain features of the Platform require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account in a timely manner.

We may change our fees, subscription terms, or introduce new fees; we will notify you of significant changes.

Refunds: If you cancel a subscription or paid feature, refunds (if any) will be handled according to our refund policy (as posted on the Platform).

7. Privacy & Data Security

Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We endeavor to secure data using industry standard practices. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or storage is absolutely secure.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MCPS's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any), or USD $1.00, whichever is greater.
